SERVICE REDO & RETURN POLICIES
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know at either through text or email at Hairbyravenchanel@gmail.com, within 7 days of your visit. I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge to you.
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELATION POLICY
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, please kindly note that I do require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. I also require a 48 hours' notice in case of cancelation or rescheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule after the 48 hour time frame, Your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
